We are pleased to announce that Schwaiger Xino’s will be taking part in ‘Cocinas y cociner@s con alma’ (‘Kitchens and chefs with soul’). This umbrella project unites Mallorca’s finest chefs, each of whom will offer an exclusive tasting menu, at very special prices, at their respective restaurants.
As part of the project, our chef, Stefan Brunner, has come up with a tasting menu that reflects our passion for good cuisine and our commitment to quality. The menu is made up of four dishes, all set to wow every single one of our diners.
You will be able to savour hamachi (Japanese yellowtail fish), marinated in a truffle and balsamic vinegar dressing, with carrot gel and smoked eel, together with warm scallops, served with noodles, fennel, shellfish foam and glasswort, both of which are bound to delight diners.
We will also tantalize you with veal Rossini, served with celery purée, foie gras, shallot sauce, and potato crêpe. And the menu will be rounded off with elderflower tartlet, served with blackcurrant and hazelnut granita.
For diners booking through the Cocinas y cociner@s con alma platform, the menu will include water, beer, wine, coffee and bread for €70.
