We are a team with extensive experience in fine dining, restaurant management and catering. After years dedicated to gastronomy, we created our own project and manage it hands-on, taking care of every detail both front of house and in the kitchen.

Our track record allows us to go beyond the restaurant: we work with cafés, restaurants, catering companies and hotels, providing advice to enhance their culinary offer, service and operations.

This project arose naturally with a clear goal: to deliver practical, high-quality solutions for the hospitality sector, combining knowledge, passion and a realistic understanding of what today’s guest is looking for.

As a team of restaurant (Food & Beverage) consultants, we bring our experience to large-scale hospitality projects and also adapt to smaller assignments.

Our aim is to support businesses so they can focus on the day-to-day while we analyse, plan and optimise their operations. With our support, they always know how their business is performing and have the tools to improve service quality and increase profitability.
