Over time he discovered a passion for p\u00e2tisserie, where he found the balance between technique, innovation and creativity, blending classical preparations with a signature touch.<\/p><p data-start=\"5346\" data-end=\"5715\">In 2015 he arrived in Mallorca and first crossed paths with Stefan Brunner at Restaurant Trist\u00e1n, which sparked his interest in Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. She then travelled to Germany to work at Tantris, a two-Michelin-star restaurant.<\/p><p data-start=\"3870\" data-end=\"4170\">On returning to the island she served as sommelier and ma\u00eetre d\u2019 at Trist\u00e1n, before redirecting her career into the hotel sector as an F&amp;B Manager. In 2007 she embarked on a luxury yacht, cruising the southern seas as Chief Steward and delivering an exclusive service to the most discerning guests.<\/p><p data-start=\"4172\" data-end=\"4407\">Two years later she returned to Mallorca and reconnected with her roots.
